# Hiring Process

You can apply by either emailing your work experience, for example, your CV, github profile and short description of work done to <zen@doer.market>

## Process Selection&#x20;

We review the applications within 10 working days and will reach out to you whether you are selected. We select no more than two to three candidates for the next step.

## Video call&#x20;

The next step is an informal 30-minute call with the Community Managers in which you will discuss your work and experience, and coding practices. We do our best to plan the video call within five working days of the selection and in a time zone that suits both your and our working hours (we’re on Indian Standard Time time).

## Short assessment (1-2 hours)&#x20;

Following a successful call we offer a short programming assessment.

## Rates and simple agreement&#x20;

Parallel to the video call we discuss any freelance contract, including the hourly working rate based on region and, if applicable for that role, a $DOER token allocation. We do this early in the interview process in order to avoid a financial mismatch as soon as possible.
